Saturday, November 04, 2006 TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE GOING FOR THE CHALET Please gather at Venue: Tampines MRT Station CONTROL STATION Time: 3:30PM SHARP Date: 6th Nov, Monday AND PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE thanks you very much :D And to those who have not got their chalet schedule, please get it from me heshuang Friday, October 27, 2006            its been two years. now, the journey has ended nd its time to say goodbye recalling the 1st activity we had tgt dat was pre-preparation for oc'05 some of you may rmb staying late in sch to complete the flag nd thinking of performance nd cheers nd rmb the skater boy song? i guess nobody knows how disappointed i was when you guys didn't wanna cooperate den den came the oc we had fun at station games had fun cheering tgt nd waving the flag also i know of some who had fun playing uno cards nd chess when everyone's slping at night ;D ohhh nd not to forget the mass game! so in the end we got the most caring(courteous?) class nd overall 3rd ! dat was like great achievement! tripleone kor ma ma. ole ole ah ah (x2) check it out yeah (x2) ohhhhhhhhh 1/11 ! :DDDDDD remember last yr's sports day? i still bear grudges on those guys who pangseh-ed us during the 4x400 heats okayyy! you know who you are ;D but overall i have to thank the girls for actively participating! congrats to judith ang for winning 1st for 400m suxiang for winning 2nd for 100m not to forget the 4x400m girls for entering the finals! thanks to qishan, judithquah, sohkhoon, huiqin, yileen, haoting for participating in shot put, 4x100m nd 200m thanks to those who had participated but ur names' not found here also to those who cheered really hard for them i trully appreciate that then dere was this skit on conserving energy! nd special thanks to dekguan for the script! also all the performers: yishuo charmaine sheryl haoting eugene clarence yonghui nd gladys! nd those who helped out in it! in the end we actually got 3rd in it! thanks for all the hard work ppl! okayy den we had this cheer competition for national day nd on the actual day everybody freak out right? cause we didn't have anything to perform nd all but seriously, i was grateful grateful to each nd everyone dat have stayed for it grateful to those who cracked their brains to think of cheers though our performance wasn't dat satisfying im still touched nd thankful to each nd everyone who's been dere with me charmaine nd i quit our posts as chairman nd vice-chair due to council nd gladys nd dekguan became the new leaders of the class then it was the mooncake festival! MILO DINOSAUR! thanks to the few who stayed with me late in sch to finish up the poster thanks to those who helped with the buying nd making of the milo dinosaur thanks to those dat tend the stall nd helped with the advertising nd i still rmb yileen's shoe was filled with milo powder at the end of the event ;P but nwae, thanks for all the cooperation! nd our hard work really paid off again as we managed to earn like $300++ right you guys are really really great soon the year's over we tried to have class outings, class chalet during the holidays but they were all rather unsuccessful i guess the class wasn't dat united then but still, i know that you guys had dat sense of belonging to the class deep inside then came the second year some left us. nd some almost did we had many new teachers nd also a brand new class community which's got yileen nd vincent as the chair nd vice-chair 1st was the making of class tee i would like to thank amanda sheryl nd judith quah for all the hard work you've put in without you guys, we'll never have the success of it next was the thai exchange programme it was the 1st time having an exchange programme for many of us nd we were all very excited 12 thailand girls came to our class nd we spent a short 4 days with them ohhh de guys were pratically crazy over MINT :D by the time the 4 days ended, everybody's great friends nd i was rather sad day we cannot spent more time with them some of us even went to send dem off at their hotel nd im sure that this had been a great memory to many den was the annual sports day the event dat i will never ever forget 1st i would like to thank the FLAG COMMITEE namely amanda, judithquah, sheryl, yileen nd sohkhoon for the uber nice flag we have now also our new motto, PAINT THE ATTITUDE nd this yr, im sooo glad that the guys participated in the heats though you guys did not win anything we were still very very very proud of you all as for the girls judith ang got 1st for 400m again same goes to suxiang for winning 2nd for 100m congrats to huiqin sohkhoon suxiang nd judithquah got 3rd for 4x100m! we know dat you girls really put in ur best. nd dat's more than enough (: also i would like to specially thank HUIQIN for participating in both 4x100 nd 200m though she's suffering from leg injury the most 'heartwarming' event is definately the 4x400m all of us were cheering so loudly for the 4 runners(judithang, suxiang, sheryl, haoting) on track nd at that moment, i really felt dat all our hearts are soo close to one another although the girls did not win the 1st for dat event i was trully touched by them nd all the supporters in twoelephunk cause ive seen unity. nd in the end we got the overall girls CHAMPION for cdiv nd i still rmb when mr chee told me the news, i couldn't believe my ears at all the trophy did not come easy it was exchanged with all the tears, laughs nd most importantly hard work from all the girls we did the class cheer loud nd clear nd with our flag nd trophy, we ran around the whole stadium our hard work paid off nd we were so proud of ourselves turn on the radio listen to the news cos' we've gotta win nd you've gotta lose so siam. siam. siam one side cos' we've gotta win nd you've gotta lose ndp started soon after dat 1st was practise in sch i wonder if some of you still remember de sets A,B,C,D dat we learnt on our 1st practise den we got chosen as flag bearers nd started practising in the parade square after dat was down to the field nd it was definately tough for all of us at 1st but we all manage to get use to it day after day soon we went to the national stadium nd rides on chartered bus was definately enjoyable fighting for back seats with the guys nd playing lame games like zhong ji mi ma it was also den dat we got to know the nicest AI ever, yanlong SYF, family day, NE show, national day preview nd finally, the actual performance for national day how time flies. if you look back at all the hard work, tears nd joy you find dat the sense of satisfaction in you is hard to describe nevertheless, i was glad that we had this major event cause it had trully made our class more united lastly, it was pie @ nh. the complaints, conflicts nd everything at the start of it made everyone feel dat we would never make it but in the end, a total of $190 were earned indeed, we created miracle i would like to thank gladys siying sarah amanda yeonglan qishan grace nd each nd everyone of you who helped out in this event it made me realise that as long as we are together as one, nothing is impossible the year 2006 is gonna end soon nd next yr twoelephunk will walk into history i will miss all the teachers who have taught us i will miss mr ng cracking jokes of judith ang i will miss mass standing during mr p.tan's lesson cause we didn't complete his hw i will miss saying 'dui' to every sentence liang lao shi or other teachers said i will miss saying things like 'TONG TONG GEI WO AN JING!' nd 'MING JUN NI FA SHEN NE SHEN JING' :D i will miss singing ye lai xiang during ACC i will miss wearing the class tee nd doing cheers with all of you i will miss having mass toilet break i will miss seeing the guys playing smash brother in class i will miss climbing into class through the windowi will miss 'taupok' :D i will miss finding the keys of the classroom every morning i will miss making announcements when nobody's listening i will miss doing survey when all i get is 39 strongly disagrees i will miss EACH ND EVERYONE OF YOU IN TWOELEPHUNK! nd the list goes on nd on also, i would like to thank: -all the teachers dat have taught us, esp liang lao shi who's been with us for two whole years -all our class councillors, esp HUIMIN nd ELENA lastly, ALL THE 38 OTHER TWOELEPHUNK MEMBERS! you guys really really brightened up my life in the two years. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! nd i will definately remember all the times we had together! heshuang :D p/s: i know i hadn't been a good chairman. nd sorry dat this post's a bit draggy Sunday, September 03, 2006 special thanks to LEE HUI QIN for de previous post i shall keep this blog alive! yeah! please come for de chemistry remedial tmr at 8. it'll end at 10 :D and good luck to those ppl at perth! have a nice trip! xD Tuesday, August 22, 2006 i am sure almost everyone (especially the girls) are missing NDP ALOT. be it the rehearsals or the performances, i know we enjoyed most of them. at the start of the year, we were told that nanhua would be performing for NDP 2006. at that time quite a number of us were so looking forward to it, whereas some, they thought it was just a waste of time. the first few practices were tough, especially for the flagbearers; running such long distance with our flag. many of us were not used to carrying a flag and run 200metres or so non-stop. then rushing to here and there and tried so hard to do your actions in time and properly. during those practices, many of us were scolded everynow and then, simply because we were too slow or we didn't follow instructions. at the same time, if you had noticed, quite a handful couldn't take those hardships and we end up having empty spaces all over the formations, or worst, even caused abit of confusion in us as we weren't so sure. slowly, as NDP progressed into the later half of the year, we started having practices that was not so tough, but quite enjoyable. perhaps these were just some natural views as we got used to the conditons. after so much hardships that we suffered in school, it was finally the stadium! we met our AIs, took chartered buses, and rehearsed in the stadium. for most of us, it was the first time running down there at the field. under the hot sun, we rehearsed and rehearsed; very short breaks in between; whenever we get back to school, we were totally exhausted plus maybe a little sun-burns on your face? i remebered at that time, i thought that rehearsing in the parade square, really, is so much easier. we had our performance for SYF, family day, NE show, national day preview and preview. SYF: our first performance! many schools were there that day. be it if you're in the band, the marching contnigent, or performers like us. to me, it's was a little screwed up. especially at the start. not to forget that this was our only performance that was under the sun. family day: our first time performing for at least some 'outside' audiences. normally during our rehearsal the audiences would be the staffs, or some other participants. i though it was quite a good show. NE show: performing for the primary students was quite a feat. outside the stadium you see those kids running here and there shouting all along the way. quite some influence when you find that irritating. but still, our first night performance for so many students. preview: quite a big scale performance. i recalled that everyone were so excited/anxious/nervous when we were about to present ourselves to the people. you hear cheers to encourage people and keep them going on. i thought that was a very pleasanting moment to here those words of luck and encourage. national day: the final performance for the moments of joy and tears we had during our preparation. every single effort of these months to be put in all together as one. the sense of satisfaction when you hear the song starting, the people dancing or doing actions and most importantly, the cheers from teachers and audiences! that was very heartwarming. photos photos and more photos for you and me. some in www.ndp.org, some in your personal computer or camera. when you look back at them, you will definitely recall of the whole event. i am sure of that. finally, i find it a regret that this blog is dead for ages. and so we didn't give this URL to yanlong. what a pity huh? we seemed to be unable to contact him in future, nor even see him. i know everyone misses him! except for some ingrates. this was posted by HUIQIN. Tuesday, June 06, 2006 Sunday, April 30, 2006 alright ppl OUR CLASS TEE IS HERE xD Friday, April 21, 2006 WOOHOOO. TWOELEPHUNK GOT OVERALL GURLS CHAMPION FOR CDIV! WE RAWK!!!!! we would like 2 thank the following ppl for putting in their effort in the sports day: judith ang haoting judith quah huiqin suxiang sheryl qishan soh khoon liang lao shi and mr peter tan sheryl's dad for giving tips to those hu ran our dearest chairman koh yileen the flag committee those enthu ones for cheering along wif us those not so enthu ones for being there the guys hu ran guys hu cheered for the gurls also, we would like to congratulate 204 for gettin cboys champ. 210 did a good job too! in fact every class did realli well. once again.
